Contracting Pocono Liberty Appraisals LLC to perform any appraisal services is considered a legal contract/agreement for appraisal services.

You authorize and agree that Pocono Liberty Appraisals LLC may charge the payment for fees set forth herein to any bank account or credit card you identify in the appraisal application (or that may be on file for the Client). You further agree that Pocono Liberty Appraisals LLC may charge any fees and/or costs incurred for the collection of said fees in the event that you take any action which prevents or attempts to prevent the charge to your bank account or credit card for work performed under this agreement.

Please note that any appraisal invoices that are not paid via COD or before appraisal completion are the direct responsibility of the client unless other payment methods are secured prior to appraisal completion.  This includes checks that bounce or are canceled (these also are subject to a $30 recharge fee).  Pocono Liberty Appraisals LLC reserves the right to charge bank accounts/credit cards for any and all unpaid invoices.

Jurisdiction: CLIENT hereby agrees and acknowledges that any and all causes of action that may arise from this contract for services or the breach thereof must be filed in the applicable court in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. CLIENT waives the right to challenge jurisdiction and shall be responsible for any and all costs and fees to Pocono Liberty Appraisals LLC associated with any judicial action filed by CLIENT in any other jurisdiction or venue.

Attorney Fees: CLIENT hereby agrees and acknowledges that CLIENT shall be responsible for any attorney fees, court costs and filing fees associated with Pocono Liberty Appraisals LLC collection of, or attempts at collection of, unpaid balances due from CLIENT for services rendered under this agreement.
